We use Young Living therapeutic grade essential oils. Oils can be incorporated into any of our services, and we also use them to clean and sanitize instruments and supplies. This cleaner works just as well as other cleaners but without the toxic chemicals. Wellness Groups
Our wellness groups provide a deep level of healing and are open to all ages and abilities. They are all inclusive including those with medical, neurological, intellectual, developmental, psychological, and mental health diagnoses. Everyone can benefit from healing wellness experiences.
Wellness and Meditation for Mind, Body & Spirit
A variety of wellness experiences including meditative music, therapeutic drumming, singing bowls, toning, meditation, relaxation, positive affirmations, imagery, crystals, aromatherapy, yoga, breath and body work, and more. In person and virtual.
1st Thursday and 3rd Monday 6-6:45pm
Therapeutic Drumming for Stress Relief and Fun
Therapeutic drumming is fun, energizing, releases stress, and helps you relax while it also regulates heart rate, breathing, and heals at a deep level. This is our most interactive and energetic wellness group, while also incorporating some relaxation. In person and virtual.
2nd Tuesday and 4th Monday 6-6:45pm
Singing Bowls for Chakra Healing and Wellness
Singing Bowls with crystals and aromatherapy for deep frequency healing to align the chakras and heal the mind, body and spirit. Singing bowls have been known to provide healing to the entire body including relieving stress, anxiety, pain, clearing blockages, providing balance, and more. In person and virtual.

Crystal Reiki with Singing Bowls for Chakra Healing
Reiki energy healing with crystals, singing bowls, and aromatherapy to balance the chakras and heal the mind, body and spirit. Reiki is gentle energy healing to align the chakras and clear energy blockages. It is a universal energy healing philosophy with no ties to any particular religion or belief system. Reiki is known to heal a variety of physical, emotional, and spiritual symptoms. In person only.
